Embodied Ease Yoga
SAT SEP 12, 10:30 - 11:30 AM EDT

Gentle strength & balance for every body

Embodied Ease Yoga is a supportive, thoughtfully paced practice designed to help you feel more at home in your body—no matter where you’re starting from.

If you’re looking for a class that allows you to move with awareness, build strength with intention, and explore yoga in a way that feels both approachable and meaningful, this space is designed with you in mind. The pace is steady and considerate, offering time to understand each movement without sacrificing depth or effectiveness.

In each class, we focus on foundational postures and best practices for moving safely and skillfully in your body today. You’ll be guided through gentle stretching to release tension, accessible strengthening to support stability, and balance work to build confidence in your movement. We also incorporate simple, novel movement patterns that help awaken the brain and support coordination, clarity, and long-term vitality.

This is a full mind, body, and spirit practice—one that invites fluidity, adaptability, and a renewed sense of ease. Over time, many students notice they feel steadier, more mobile, and more confident in their daily lives.

Embodied Ease Yoga is especially supportive for:

  • beginners or those new to yoga

  • those returning to movement after time away

  • individuals recovering from injury or navigating physical limitations

  • anyone seeking a more supported and intentional approach to practice

You don’t need experience or flexibility to begin—just a willingness to show up as you are.

This is a space to build strength with care, move with clarity, and cultivate a sense of ease that extends beyond the mat.

This is a donation-based class intended to be physically and financially accessible to all. The suggested tiers are:

  • Root Offering – $12

  • Heart Offering – $18

  • Crown Offering – $25
