For the woman who has lived, loved, lost… and learned.
This is not a space to perform anger.
This is a space to release what was never yours to carry.
Rage, in this practice, is not chaos.
It is clarity.
It is the body’s way of saying, enough.
Through guided meditation, slow and intentional movement, and deep work within the liver meridian, we begin by listening. Feeling. Noticing what has been held beneath the surface.
From there, the energy builds.
Drumming.
Stomping.
Voice.
Movement.
A powerful and supported release that allows what has been stored in the body to move outward, rather than turning inward.
This experience is especially supportive for those holding:
rage, heartbreak, anger, grief, or resentment.
When we do not release, these energies can settle into the body and begin to shape how we move through the world. When we do release, something shifts.
Space opens.
Breath deepens.
You return to yourself.
Many women find that this work supports:
• healthier relationships
• improved emotional and physical well-being
• renewed energy and clarity
• increased creativity and optimism
• a deeper sense of self-worth
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to who you are beneath it all.
This is not about anger.
It is about liberation.
Come as you are.
We’ll take the trash out together.
