Celestial Communion Yoga
FRI SEP 11, 6 - 7 PM EDT

Celestial Communion Yoga is an intuitive practice guided by the cosmos — the body, the breath, and the celestial current moving through the season, worked with directly. Not as an idea. Something you can feel moving through your spine, your nervous system, your internal landscape.

We begin by arriving. Letting the body settle enough to register what's here.

From there, the practice takes its own shape each time. Some nights, breathwork and kriyas that circulate energy and open dormant pathways. Some nights, restorative stillness and sound. Meditation. Movement. The form follows what the season, the sky, and the room are asking for.

Celestial communion isn't something outside of you. It's what happens when you're no longer overriding what your body is already sensing.

There's space here to feel. To notice. To experience energy without needing to label or explain it.

Some nights are activating. Some are subtle. Both matter.

White is invited, worn as the color of what falls away when the self quiets — ego, noise, the day's residue.

This is an accessible, ongoing practice within Sublime Liberation. A place to return to, to recalibrate, to express, and to stay in relationship with something deeper than your day-to-day patterns.

We turn the mundane into magic... together.
