In Aerial Alchemy, soft silks support you as you explore fluid inversions, sensual transitions, and powerful expressions of strength and grace. Every movement invites you to feel deeper, embody your vitality, and flow with liberated presence.

Each 60-minute class unfolds as part of a 4-week immersive journey, guiding you through the transformative phases of Feel, Embody, and Flow. You'll build core strength, flexibility, and trust in your body's natural wisdom — dissolving old tension and opening space for something entirely new.

We end each class with an herbal tea cool down, giving you time to ground, integrate, and savor the magic you’ve created within.

Please do not book this class if you have any of the following contraindications:

• Glaucoma

• Heart conditions

• Vertigo or severe dizziness

• Spinal injuries or severe spinal conditions
