We begin with a sacred herbal tea ceremony, allowing warmth, scent, and taste to gently signal the body that it is safe to slow down. This shared pause marks a crossing from the outer world into a more receptive state, creating ease without needing explanation.
From there, we move close to the ground, giving the body space to arrive in its own way. Subtle ritual opens the senses and settles attention.
You are then guided into the aerial silk, where the body is supported and gently lifted. The world narrows. Weight shifts. Awareness begins to turn inward.
Then we descend into yogic sleep.
Yoga Nidra invites the body into deep rest while awareness drifts through the space between waking and dreaming. Nothing is asked of you. You are not trying to meditate, visualize, or stay focused. Sensation comes and goes. The mind loosens. The psyche unwinds in its own time.
